Service Description

During our first prenatal visit we will begin diving right in and learning about each other. I will be asking what your preferences are, concerns etc. and will want to know about any previous pregnancies/births and most importantly how you feel about birth, your body, pain and your overall perspective. Before this visit I will be emailing you a questionnaire we will be going over during our meeting to help us ‘turn over every stone.’ *Please have "BIRTH DOULA DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES AND AGREEMENT" signed along with the $250 Prenatal and Postpartum fee/cash or check to Elise Cunningham
