BOOK AN APPOINTMENT

  • If we have yet to meet for an interview, start by booking the "First Let's Meet" option.

  • If we have already met please book your "First Prenatal Visit" and "Second Prenatal Visit" before 36 Weeks. You do not need to book them both at the same time but you can if you would like.

  • Please note that the "Prenatal and Postpartum Support Fee" ($250) is due along with the signed "BIRTH DOULA DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES AND AGREEMENT" at the "First Prenatal Visit." Bring cash or check payable to Elise Cunningham to the appointment or pay via PayPal. ​

  • The remaining 50%- ($250) or the "Birth Support Fee" is due by the 36th week of pregnancy or the second prenatal visit, whichever is later.
